Current Projects:
There is so much going on in my life right now. I feel a little frazzled but I think I prefer business over boredom. Y'know?

Pink Lightning- I'm finally going to create a line of clothes to be sold over etsy and at markets. It's going to be a mix of all things I like (80's punk, japanese streetwear, bright colors, fantasy, etc). I also want to do a line of clothing centering around a "neo-nubian" theme. African inspired clothing with more modern shaping. I don't really care if people like it. It's more for myself than for anyone else.

202 Magazine- This is an idea that's started as one thing and kind of continued to evolve. Hopefully, despite my not knowing a thing about making a magazine 202 Magazine will be a multicultural magazine centering on dc fashion, music, and culture.

Ward 7 Arts Collaborative- This is my "job" job. Several projects going on there. Finishing the Ira Blount Documentary. Completing the educational outreach portion of that project. Raising grant funding for the organization. Launching Sew Independent. Revamping their website.

So, that is my life right now.

Oh, and I also need to learn how to draw. Because I might be going to Art School in January. I'm going to study Web Design and Programming but if I'm in the Art School I can take classes at better times and make friends with all the pierced kids. All the REAL artists are going to eat me alive!
